DESIGN PHASE

You will first pay us to create a customised design for you, either fully bespoke or using our online customiser with review and corrections by our professional design team. If necessary we will undertake a 3D fitting. We ill also make a production plan to meet your fight deadline. After our design work is completed and approved your are free to take the designs to any production house for the physical goods to be made. If you ask us to arrange production, a second payment will be taken by our partners and your goods will be put into production in accordance with the design plan.

PRODUCTION TIMES (CUSTOM ITEMS)

We always work to fight dates.

Standard design and production Serivce

- production will be completed in a approximately 3 to 4 weeks. Courier delivery time is additional. 

- many items will be ready faster, some may take slightly longer.

- if you have a special date put this in the Special Instructions box at checkout.

Express Design and production Service (£29, about $36 US, per item)

- Design services will be expedited and our production partners will be required to make and despatch your item/s in approx 10-12 working days (with another 3-5 days for delivery)

Super Express Service (£45, about $55 US, per item)

Design services will be super expedited and our production partners will be required to make and despatch your item/s first and as fast as possible, generally in around 7-9 working days (plus 3-5 days for delivery).

SHIPPING

- Items are shipped with priority, fully tracked international couriers Fedex or DHL and the shipping time is generally 3-5 days but can vary.

TAXES

Some items are subject to taxes and duties and these will be pre-paid on your behalf.

SIZING DISCOUNTS

- 25% discount for sizes Baby

- 20% discount for Toddler and Small-child

- 15% discount for sizes Medium-child and Youth (2XS). 

- 15% surcharge for sizes XL and above.
